It was created by Christina VanDergrift, the President, when she saw a need in the area for another option that was honest, informative, streamlined and offered quick turnaround times. We are a company dedicated to creating exceptional settlement experiences for our customers through the passionate delivery of our personalized service. Six West Settlements, Inc. is built on a tradition of excellence and guided with integrity throughout all aspects of the closing process. In 2022, Six West Settlements, Inc purchased Serve-U Settlement, an established competitor in the Northern Tier of PA and moved it from Wellsboro to Mansfield. Both locations pride themselves on their friendly, efficient service and their continual repeat and referral business. We handle closings across the state of PA and over the last couple of years have been having more business in the Williamsport area. We again see an excellent opportunity to share our skills and impeccable service, while expanding to Williamsport with our own location.
